Privacy policy

Last updated: 6/22/2026

The privacy part. Less fun than merch, still important.

Totally UnNested is built for people who survived parenting and came out with opinions, receipts, and maybe a questionable mug. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you may have.

The terms “Totally UnNested,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Totally UnNested. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, digital products, promotions, email lists, social content, and services, collectively the “Services.”

Totally UnNested is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting, using, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

Like most ecommerce stores, we use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies because apparently the internet cannot function on vibes alone.

These technologies may help us:

  • operate and secure the website;
  • remember your preferences;
  • keep items in your cart;
  • analyze site traffic and performance;
  • understand shopping behavior;
  • personalize content and product recommendations;
  • measure advertising performance;
  • show relevant ads;
  • prevent fraud;
  • improve the Services.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Others may be used for analytics, advertising, personalization, or other purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have choices regarding cookies, targeted advertising, data sharing, or sale/sharing of personal information. You may manage certain privacy settings through our website tools, Shopify’s privacy tools, browser settings, cookie banner, or opt-out mechanisms where available.

If you visit our website with Global Privacy Control, also known as GPC, enabled, and where applicable law requires us to honor it, we will treat that signal as a request to opt out of certain data sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities for that browser or device.

Other than Global Privacy Control where applicable, we do not respond to all “Do Not Track” signals that may be sent by your browser or device.

Affiliate tracking, campaign measurement, attribution, and promotional tools may involve the collection or processing of personal information or device/usage information by us, Shopify, TikTok, social platforms, affiliate platforms, or other third-party partners.

We aim to disclose material relationships clearly and appropriately where required.

8. AI-Assisted Content and Creative Tools

Some images, videos, captions, product scenes, mockups, scripts, ad creative, promotional concepts, product recommendations, copy, or other content may be created, edited, enhanced, or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.

When AI tools are used, information may be processed by AI service providers or creative tools, depending on how the content is created and managed.

We do not intentionally submit sensitive personal information to AI tools for public creative purposes. However, if you voluntarily provide content, feedback, reviews, tags, photos, videos, or other materials, we may use tools to help organize, edit, create, analyze, or publish related content, subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

AI-assisted content is used for brand, creative, marketing, entertainment, advertising, or operational purposes. Product details, pricing, sizing, shipping, and checkout information should be reviewed directly on the applicable product page before purchasing.

13. Security and Retention of Your Information

We take reasonable steps designed to protect personal information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
